Account Dashboard
The new dashboard brings all your lending and borrowing data into one clear, time-selectable view.
Borrowers can now see their total borrowed amount, interest accrued, next payment, and BTC collateral securing each loan.
Lenders gain instant visibility into their total loaned funds, expected earnings, and collateral value protecting active offers.
Dashboard panels update in real time and cover active contracts and offers, APR and term ranges, LTV ratios, and payment methods in use.
Collateral statistics convert locked BTC into USD and display average portfolio LTV and average BTC liquidation rate, allowing precise tracking of portfolio performance and margin conditions.
The historical performance section consolidates lifetime activity — total volume borrowed or lent, interest paid or earned, average APR and term, contract outcomes, and payment distribution.
It provides a transparent, data-driven record of your Bitcoin-backed operations on Debifi.
Email Notifications System
Alongside the dashboard, users now receive automatic email alerts for important account and transaction events.
Notifications are sent when an origination fee, release, refund, or liquidation transaction requires signing; when a repayment, release, or refund address is provided or changed; if your email address or 2FA seed has been changed; when a login from an unusual IP is detected; or when your IP allowlist has been set, unset, or updated.
Each message includes concise context and a direct link to review or sign, keeping you informed and in control at all times.
