Prize draw terms

The “Play multisig” prize draw (the Draw) is organised by DEBIFI DEVELOPMENT LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 482348, with its registered office at Stasinou 1, MITSI BUILDING 1, 1st floor, Flat/Office 4, Plateia Eleftherias, 1060, Nicosia, Cyprus (Debifi, we, us).

The Draw takes place at the Debifi stand (stand no. 105) at Lugano Plan B, Lugano, Switzerland, from October 23, 2026 to October 24, 2026 (the Event).

By taking part, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not take part.

The Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who attend the Event in person.

Employees and contractors of Debifi, and their immediate family members, cannot take part. The same applies to anyone directly involved in running the Draw.

Participation is free. No purchase, deposit, loan or other payment is required to enter or to win.

Each person may hold one game card and make one entry. We may disqualify duplicate entries.

Pick up a game card at the Debifi stand and give us your email address. We will email you the rules and your entry number.

Collect a stamp for each of the four keys on the card:

1. Key 1Follow Debifi on X and show the follow to our staff.
2. Key 2Visit the Sygnum stand next to ours.
3. Key 3Spin the wheel at the Debifi stand.
4. Key 4Download the Debifi app from the App Store or Google Play and show it to our staff. If the app is not available in your country or app store, ask our staff for an alternative way to get this stamp.

A card with all four stamps is a complete card. Show your complete card at the Debifi stand by 24 October 2026, 15:30 Zurich time (CEST), to enter the Draw.

Incomplete cards, cards shown after the cut-off and cards that appear altered or copied are not entered.

Prizes from Key 1 (a free drink) and Key 3 (the wheel) are given at the stand while stocks last. They are separate from the Draw.

X, Apple, Google and Sygnum do not sponsor, endorse or run the Draw and have no responsibility for it.

There are 3 prizes. Each prize is one Trezor Safe 7 hardware wallet.

Each entry can win only one prize.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with an item of similar or higher value.

The prize is supplied by its manufacturer. Any warranty is the manufacturer’s warranty. Debifi gives no warranty for the prize and is not responsible for its setup, use or security.

The Draw will take place at the Event on 24 October 2026 at 16:00 Zurich time (CEST).

We take the entry numbers of all valid complete cards, shuffle them and pick the winners with a random number generator. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

The Draw is supervised by at least two Debifi representatives. We keep a record of the entries and the result.

We announce the winning entry numbers by email to all participants and at the Debifi stand. We do not publish winners’ names without their consent.

To claim a prize, the winner must come to the Debifi stand (no. 105) by 24 October 2026, 18:00 Zurich time (CEST), with the original complete card bearing the winning entry number. We may ask for photo ID to confirm age and identity.

If a prize is not claimed by the deadline, or the winner is not eligible or breaks these Terms, the winner loses the prize. We may then draw a reserve entry number in the same way, or keep the prize.

Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to their prize.

Everyone who joins Play multisig receives the code LUGANO26, whether or not they complete the card or win. The code is not part of the Draw.

The code gives a 10.5% discount on the Debifi origination fee for the user’s next two loans taken on the Debifi platform. It does not reduce interest, network fees or any other charges.

The code must be applied by 24 November 2026. It can be used by one Debifi account only and cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say otherwise.

Using the code does not change the eligibility, KYC and other requirements for a loan. Loans remain subject to the Debifi Terms of Use and loan terms, and to availability in the user’s country.

The code has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

Debifi is the controller of the personal data you give us for the Draw: your email address, entry number and, for winners, the details checked when claiming a prize.

We use this data only to run the Draw, send you the game emails, contact winners and keep a record of the result. The legal basis is performance of these Terms and our legitimate interest in running the Draw fairly.

We send marketing emails only if you have separately agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We keep Draw data for 3 months after the Event, unless we must keep it longer by law. We may use service providers to send emails; they process data on our instructions.

You have the rights set out in the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, including access, correction and deletion. Contact us at [email protected]. More details are in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete, or for technical problems with email, X, the app stores or the Debifi app.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or gross negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to any participant in connection with the Draw is limited to the value of the prize.

We may disqualify anyone who we reasonably believe has cheated, tampered with the Draw or broken these Terms.

We may change, suspend or cancel the Draw if events outside our reasonable control make it necessary. We will tell participants by email and at the stand.

Our decision on any matter about the Draw is final, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live or under Swiss law. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules.
